The Whistle Stop Diner is the best place to get a great breakfast...Potato pancakes, The Express, Eggs, home made toast!!! Its all so good, and the owner Matt Rafferty is great. So are all the girls that work on the weekends... Carey, Katie, Kathy and Cheryl... The place is the best.

Get there early because this place is a winner. Really great food and service! We had the biscuits and gravy which were incredible, the bananas foster french toast which was amazing and one of the weekend specials, the express. We love to find good breakfast spots and this one, along with The Breakfast Club in Madison Heights, is now one of our favorites. A must try.

This place is great, easy location up the street from Big Rock (Old Eaton St. Station), nice and hokey inside with a 1960's train motif. You have got to time your visit though, you NEVER know when this place will be packed...and when it is the wait is horrible. All walks of life love this place, you see everyone here. The best part about the breakfast is that this place is actually a BAKERY, uh huh that's right. So, don't think about passing on a fresh cin roll or the specialty french toast. I usually get the sausage and egg in the freshest pita bread I have ever had.

Cute little place in a rather industrial area, south of Maple Road (15 Mile). Clean and neat. Good food, breakfast was okay, my easy scrambled came out well and a bit tanned, and waitress offered to replace them immediately. Good wait staff and very friendly, front part I was in, with counter, appears to be non-smoking. They have a back room which opens when needed. Coca~Cola products. Most expensive cup of coffee I've had so far in the Detroit metroplex at $1.40.
