Great food and would recommend to anyone going to Roseburg. However I do take exception to the other rating and comments prior to mine. Especially the review from the 14 year old. Obviously not written by a 14 year old. Way to much advertising by a young person. Probably written by the restaurant owner or a friend.
What a shame. The restaurant should stand by its good name and quality service. Contrived reports make me wonder if I want to go in again. Legitimate advertising would be much better and word-of-mouth. Please don't cheapen the site with contrived reviews. It makes people not trust the site.

I am 14 years old and i eat tons and tons of food
at the jackson street cafe I dont have to worry about leaving hungry every menu item is filling. my favorite foods are the huge cinammon roles that are made fresh and the monsterous orders of biscuits and gravy. I can barley finish a full order. And for those who are not big eaters you can get half orders on everything which are still big but possible to finish. even my coaches are dedicated to going every thursday which is game day to oder breakfast. and down town is a very nice location for me. anyway i love eating there because it fills me up everytime. I know you would love it so you should try it out if you are ever hungry

I travel a lot and have had the opportunity to eat in restaurants all over the United States including Alaska. I was sooooo!! impressed with the Jackson St. Café. Truly when you walk in this family owned restaurant, you feel right at home. Grandma makes Baklava the old fashion way from her personal recipe that is to die for; I would travel out of my way for more of this authentic dessert. ATMOSPHERE A+. The Biscuits & Gravey that I ordered were absolutely the best I have ever had; I had ˝ an order and still could not finish them. I was shocked that the price was so low. QUALITY AND PRICE A+. I was only in Roseburg for a short time; this family made me feel like I was part of their family. Michelle the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and sitting down with Grandma hearing stories about Greece was something I will never forget. Nick in the kitchen making sure everything is fresh and perfect. This truly is a special restaurant, I know I will tell all my family and friends if they ever go thru Roseburg, STOP and treat yourself to a truly wonderful meal with a wonderful family.

The Jackson St. Cafe is Great! They Serve an Outstanding Breakfast and Lunch all day. The cook's name is Nick and has over 20 years of experience. Breakfast? He has a Homemade Biscuits and Gravy to die for and all of his other breakfast entries are for with out a dought Fantastic and very large portions. You'll be truly satisfied with his lunch menu also. My favorite is the Authentic Gyros! The Jackson St. Cafe has a great variety of other Lunch favorites like the Tasty Angus Beef Burger's, Veggie burgers, Homemade Chili and Soups , Salads, not to mention a Healthy Chicken Breast Sandwich. Oh yes for a hearty Meal-in-one breakfast on the go grab one of the Big Breakfast Borrito's. The Quality and Quantity is Awesome at the Jackson St. Cafe. One of the best things also is you don't have to wait for ever for your order. So for you folks in a hurry, no fear, in a blink your order is here. The place is family owned and operated so a lot of LOVE goes into everything. So stop by The Jackson St. Cafe and enjoy! Even you folks on a Diet, there is variety for everyone. I know I'll be back!
