You can't really go wrong with the Cracker Barrel. They have everything you could imagine on the breakfast menu and the food is reliably good if not excellent. Staff is friendly at this one. Prices are just a little too high - as it as with Cracker Barrels everywhere. I give them a B+.

Our waitress seemed to spend more time flirting with and rubbing up against her boss than she did tending to our table. Coffee went empty while the two of them carried on.
