THE FRENCH FRIES ARE MADE FROM REAL POTATOES. THE HAMBURGER IS FRESH, NOT FROZEN OR PRE-SHAPED. THE AWFUL-AWFUL BURGER IS THE BEST VALUE IN RENO FOR US HOMETOWN INSIDERS.

This is the very best example of a greasy spoon you could ever find. It is a dive in the corner of the back of a tiny casino. There's a back door that the pimps (I am serious) go in and out. Everyone from High School kids to Lawyers to big-time gamblers eats there. The 24 hour special breakfast is $1.99 for 2 large pancakes and an egg. And these are really large. And good! Try them once and you'll be back. It's inside the downtown Nugget Casino, right across the street from Harrah's and right near the "Biggest Little City" arch.

ALSO, try the "Awful Awful Burger" when you aren't in the mood for breakfast. It's a $5 heart attack on a bun but SO WORTH IT. It's the most popular burger in Nevada and for good reason.

The Nugget is one of the best restaurants in Reno. When you buy something there you get a lot for your money. The Nugget is a small place and you wait a little wile and then the food comes and your surprised of how much you get for such a small price. You to should take a trip to Reno and you'll see what I mean.
