Interesting that Ron Reed would review a restaurant he owns and place it so high on the list. That is pretty sneaky marketing. Can't he just rely on great service and word of mouth without resorting to posting a great review without revealing he is a co-owner in a restaurant? This isn't a review, it is a free ad.

The new Ann Arbor Restaurant, Eve, is a great place to have a romantic Saturday or Sunday brunch. Also a good place to impress your out of town friends. Its in the Kerrytown district, so you can visit the farmers market all in the same trip.
