Wouldn't have breakfast anywhere else on the island! The food is good and plentiful, served with a smile and a view of pelicans, dolphins, manatees, and locals. We enjoy the pier not only for breakfast but for lunch, dinner and happy hour! Oh, we also enjoy the fishing!

One of our Island favorites. The Rod & Reel serves breakfast 8-11am seven days a week. Dining inside on the second floor of this colorful fishing pier is like being on a ship - without the motion! A great view of the bay with its pelicans, dolphins and boats. For the shoreside view there's dining on the deck.

Coffee keeps coming and the the helpings are BIG. The staff is pleasant and friendly.I had excellent french toast with bacon while my wife had the basic breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, home fries (could have had grits) and an english muffin. If you're really nautical there's a seafood omelet ( shrimp,scallops and crab). The food at the Rod & Reel matches their view.
