Food was good... but service was a bit slower than we would have liked, especially with our 9 month old in tow. (It always makes me a bit upset when you see SEVERAL folks who came in AFTER you getting their food first!)
Did enjoy the food and atmosphere. I'd go there again.

Wife found Affairs on mrbreakfast.com. We had less than good experience. She ordered eggs ben. which tasted fine but was served on cold plate. My experience was bad. I ordered the Italian bkfst. I ordered it minus the tomatos, peppers, and onions. Eggs over medium. Cheese & sausage only over the diced potatos. What I was served: Crispy eggs, well done, crunchy ring around eggs. Ik!!
an extremelty small Italian sausage sliced up and spread sparcely over diced potatos. The whole pile of potatos was then given a big slop of marinara sauce with lots of onions.
My suggestion to the cook.. Heat the serving plates, turn the heat way way down on the eggs...it is very simple to cook a correct egg. Get a new waiter, one who can follow basic instructions.(this guy reminded me of someone who would be employeed at a $12 oil change shop). Waiter was personally offended that I did not 'eat' My breakfast.
All that to say...this is my experience only...I give it 2 eggs for food. They have a lot of other paraphanalia for sale such as candy and dust collectors.
My advice..when you order.. be very exact, have waiter repeat order back to verify he comprehended everything. Never ever send food back for 'repair'. You never know what will happen to it just to even the score. Just bite the bullet and go to Jack in the Box. I was not charged for the bad breakfast.
Thanks for reading.

Affairs isn't the biggest place, but it's clean, neat and beautiful inside. On weekend mornings when I go, there are a variety of customers, (retirees, families, young couples) and the wait staff has no problem getting a high chair for my two year old. Service is quick and efficient... I've never had to wait for a table. They have a decent if not extensive kids menu (then again for kids it doesn't need to be extensive) great coffee with plenty of hot refills even hot water and tea refills served in your own teapot! Their breakfast menu is heavy on the omelet selection, but for good reason. The Mediterranean omelet is outstanding. Pancakes here are very tasty if a bit on the flat side and the sides (bacon, sausage etc) are hearty and taste fantastic. Make sure you find out what the quiche of the day is or treat yourself to a hot muffin with your breakfast instead of toast. Yum!
