I have been to this Perkins a lot, but no more. The food has gotten worse and worse over the years. They advertise on their menus that they proudly serve "Applewood Bacon", but the bacon is thin, and tastes rancid - every time. When I asked about the Applewood Bacon (which this definitely was not), the server confessed that this is a national promotion on the menus, but their restaurant doesn't have Applewood bacon! Looks like deceptive advertising to me!
The cooks don't cook both sides of anything, including pancakes. About the only thing good there anymore is the muffins. Even the coffee is awful now. I'm not going back.

I am writing in hopes that you may choose to improve your service. You could either hire better help or train those whom you have hired. Normally for excellent service I tip 30 %, today I tipped nothing. Our waitress name was April. We were not served water, we had to hunt her down to get that, and we had to hunt her down to receive our refills. She gave us our check when she served our food. She never asked how my steak was done, which was not done and not finished. She never onced checked on us and you weren't very busy. She never asked us if we wanted dessert.
I am probably not going to come back for awhile, I will come back because I have had excellent service in the past, but today you stank.
