ain't no more...the replacement spot doesn't do breakfast but it could be a good choice for dinner if it manages to stick around in the spot.

This little restaurant has the best outdoor patio in the valley. They serve traditional breakfast as well as a couple of original items. Make sure to check this little place out. They were named best new restaurant last year by Phoenix Magazine.
