The best place to eat breakfast in Memphis. Clabber Girl buscuits are incredible.

Great neighborhood spot for sit in or take out breakfast. You can go whole hog and have the country ham breakfast with all the fixins' or just grab a bacon biscuit with egg and cheese for $2 and drive away. If you eat there, they will refill your cup repeatedly. The waitstaff has been there a long time and are never in the way.
Did I mention the bacon was generous and thick sliced and cooked crispy? I called it a greasy spoon, but some people do bring their kids and the tables are always clean (no sticky elbows when I leave).
