Just an update from previous reviews. This I-HOP is still awful! I love how the last person to post gave this place high marks for coffee refills, then complained about them running out of coffee. They don't refill anyway. They do the pot drop, a lazy practice that results in a 5% tip decrease from me. Furthermore, if the wait person even comes back it's to see if you are done with the plate so they can drop the bill and suggest you leave. They need that table to troth feed some more people with money, while half the building sits unused. If you go there by yourself, expect even less. They seemingly HATE waiting on one person. If the food wasn't so expensive, and the eggs ALWAYS coming to me cold, I'd go there more, because there is NO reason to tip!

One time I was at this restaurant and they had run out of coffee! The waitress said the burners were not working and the manager said they were wasting too much coffee-they could have brewed the coffee and put it in the coffee pots right away but the manager said no. I can't believe it was Sunday and they were out of coffee!

This is the nastyist resturant that i have ever been in. The food was horrible i orderd eggs there not pancakes alright. It was brunt to a crisp. The servers what a night mare. No personality i do not recomend this to any one.

WORST experience of my life!! I LOVE I-hop, but this I-Hop was disgusting. My friend ordered a crepe and I swear the cook just poured batter onto her plate. Then when she told our server, nothing was ever done about it. I ordered a steak breakfast omelet, and the steak was burned to a crisp. Everything about that I-Hop was not enjoyable. When I told the manager she offered us 15% off the bill, and nothing more. If you want a good I-hop drive to Wisconsin Dells.. They have never let me down

The chocolate chip pancakes are wonderful but its a bit expensive for my taste and the website doesnt state its hours, which is a downer.

I have been in the restaurant business for years. This is the best IHOP or breakfast joint around. Great service, great food, great prices, what esle can you ask for during breakfast!!! a must eat!!!
