Went there last Saturday in early afternoon after missing the hotel "coffee". Twig & Leaf was just what the doctor ordered. Simple, straightforward food, decor and staff. Our 10 year old loved the Twig Taters. We lucked out on this one. Good coffee, cream and eggs, nice OJ, plus rye toast!

From the outside, it looks like it wouldn't be very good, but don't judge the book by its cover! The food is great and very reasonably priced for what you get. And I love the 50's retro decor.

Probably the only place in the city that can get the eggs right the first time.
Although the booths are a little small for today's growing population, seats at the counter are available. Try the Triple Loop...three eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns.
(The men's restroom is also designed for the "sobering up" crowd. The wall is the perfect distance from the john to allow you to lean against it and not miss the target.)
