They had SO many different pancakes - definitely worthy of it's name! Great menu. Plus the portions were outrageously huge! I was only able to eat 2 of the 6 large buckwheat pancakes I was served. They were VERY tasty! Fast service too, I got my plate exactly six minutes after ordering, and fresh! I definitely need to go back.

The food is awesome. Way to many choices but I am sold on the dutch baby with a side of their yummy bacon. They have great tasting coffee. They have a great waitstaff. Love this place!!!!

Insanely bad service. The one hour wait and rude waitstaff will make this a definite no repeat visit. Perhaps the oddest thing were the pancakes. The best way of describing the flavor is something like sticking your tongue on the 9 volt battery...I KID YOU NOT.

we waited 45 minutes on a sunday morning to be seated, waited 10 minutes for a waitress to say hello, 10 more minutes until she brought water and took our orders then 45 minutes until she brought the food out cold and unappealing. Not one employee in the place asked us for over an hour if they could refill our coffee! The food was lousy, cold and horribly overpriced. The oatmeal, for example, was a small bowl of cold oatmeal, unadorned with anything for $3.50--what a rip off. The waffle for $5.50 was small, cold and lousy. The waitstaff was overtaxed, the kitchen was oblivious, and after we complained the service got worse! I will never set foot inside their door again, and recommend that you don't. Save your time and money and go to McDonalds, at least its fast, friendly and tasty.

Wow! Our family has been waiting forever for an Original Pancake House to arrive in Austin. We go in Dallas, Florida, California and this is the real deal. Try the Dutch Baby or Apple Pancake. Hard to finish these by yourself. The omelettes look like they have 10 eggs in them! This OPH is very "kid" friendly and there are lots of options for our children. Great quality. I'm sure they'll start having hour waits like all the other OPHs we have been to. The pancakes are incredible, but there is so much to choose from on the menu that we have a tough time everytime we go.
