Food was average, service less than average but the prices! Try Orphan Andy's in the Castro or Kate's Kitchen in the lower Haight.

Outstanding! One of the finest restaurants I've been to for breakfast. Their gourmet open face omelettes are out of this world. The toast is made from fresh baked bread and served Texas Style. The sausage patties have just the right amount of sage and herbs. A must go to place for breakfast when you're in the city-by-the-bay. When in season they serve Blood Orange juice. On weekends get there early as the lines form at 8:00 for an 8:30 opening. Weekdays they open at 7:00. You never know who you bump into there. Hey, I travel 3000 miles to go to Ella's
