Well, as we stated in our last review, if this breakfast place didn't change then off to Grandma's Kitchen we go. We gave them one last chance this past weekend and they failed. The portions were extremely small and the coffee was almost undrinkable. When in Florida you you can't use tap water for coffee. If you want a good breakfast in Orange City go down the road to Grandma's

Since our last trip to Orange City, we found out that The River Landing has changed owners. To us the food wasn't as good as before. The portions were smaller and the chicken fried steak was, at the most, average. We'll give the new owners time to settle in and try them again on a future trip. Hopefully, they come around. If not, down the road to Grandma's Kitchen we go.

Great place to take the family for breakfast when visiting Orange City. They have a good selection of southern cooking favorites.Good food, good coffee. The crits are excellent
