I have lived in Danville many years and use to enjoy this place before the new ownership. Now it really stinks. Poor service, the place is dirty, food very mediocre -- trying to cut cost by poor quality ingredients. Skip this loser and go to Country Waffel or Alamo's Court Yard Cafe for a good breakfast.

Horrible Service... over an hour to get our breakfast... notified after we ordered that there'd be a wait due to orders backed up behind a large parts. Finally got breakfast after an hour... actually 2 breakfasts after an hour; a third after an hour and 5 minutes, and a 4th after an hour and 10 minutes. The 2 mistakes were on side dishes, so we were able to eat something while those were corrected. The food was fine but we won't be returning. No offer of a discount after a ridiculous wait and poor service.

Be prepared to wait from the minute you sit down.
Wait for menus and water: 15 minutes
wait for waiter: 20 minutes
wait for food: 45 minutes
wait for right food: 20 more minutes
wait for coffee, jelly, drink refills, anything else: indefinite
wait for check: 35 minutes
Save your money! You'd be better off at Denny's.

This is a place to gather with friends for a great breakfast. The atmosphere is very nice, they have a patio, main dining room, and separate dining rooms available, all in a warm, comfortable atmpsphere with pleasant decor.
The food is wonderful! Great omlettes, pancakes, potatoes, everything - there's something for everyone - including folks who are vegetarian. The service is also very nice, although you can wait a bit if it's crowded, which they tend to be on the weekends.
Father Nature's is also a great place for lunch!
