Definitely an experience to remember, the blueberry pancakes to die for, the service friendly and helpful about sightseeing. The memory lives on and I will go again. New Zealand tourist.

Although my friend and I thought the smoothy and Chocoespresso were fabulous, we were disappointed in the 2 dishes that followed. The beautiful presentation gave no indication of how horrible our food tasted. I ordered the chocolate French toast, but toast it was not. Try chocolate cake slices instead, layered with frozen strawberries and icky, gooey Hershey's syrup. My friend ordered the "Waz-za" which was blue berry waffles topped with yoghurt--pretty disgusting. Despite your other reviews, we found the wait for a table short (we didn't have reservations on a Saturday morning)and the waiting staff pleasant.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast experience. Get there early or make reservations b/c this is a popular destination. It is well worth the wait and the pancakes are to die for. The egg dishes are all amazing as is the complimentary smoothie to start the meal. The french press coffe is amazing as well. You will definitely pay for the experience, but it is well worth it!

For a first class incredibly delicious breakfast experience, this is the place. Located inside Le Parker Meridian Hotel, it's open early, and I don't know where to begin to sing Norma's praises.
Let's start with coffee, maybe the best in NYC, french press served in the pot at your table with real cream. Fresh prepared orange, grapefruit or carrot juice, and each day Norma's has a new fresh fruit smoothie for you to try.
The egg dishes are superb, but this is the one breakfast place where I can't resist the sweeter breakfast treats: brioche french toast, lemon griddle cakes with devonshire cream, McCann's Irish Oatmeal Brulee -- to die for, served with fried green apples, or berry oatmeal served in a wafer bowl... this breakfast will blow your mind and you will want everything everyone else is having too! But don't think Norma's is stuffy -- no way -- they serve Krispy Kreme Donuts on a dainty dish and will even box them up to go. Service is out of this world. Worth a trip to NYC!
A romantic place for the morning after, or for making an impression with business colleagues, or future mothers in law. Or just to go alone, you won't feel awkward with the warm friendly attentative service.
