Biscuits Cafe, an independently owned eatery in Carmel, offers breakfast items from open to close. Lunch options are served each day as well, starting at 11 a.m.

The restaurant, at 13732 N. Meridian St., opened about five months ago and is debuting a newly revised menu this week.

The breakfast lineup includes biscuits, omelets, pancakes and waffles. Salads, sandwiches and daily soup made from scratch dominate the lunch selections.

Hours are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Sundays.
