Cannot speak for other earlier posters but I can say that my wife and I are new regulars and find it the best Breakfast in Lancaster! Happy helpful staff and a real Diner ambiance! Keep it up guys!

Things have changed at Kat since the place was sold. When I had made my original report during the time when Joe and his family ran Katz it was a favorite. I could be found their about once a week at the least. Since then the service has gone done and the food quality has as well. It appears the new owner has raised prices and cost quality. I've not been back for months now and most likely will never return. Even the staff no longer appeared to be happy and most have left for green pastures. Sad, it happened to Pine Cafe in Palmdale as well.
Now we prefer and have better by going to IHOP a mile away.

I'll have to agree with the other posters. Katz N Jammers is the best place in Lancaster. I think they also have a location now in Palmdale. Sandwiches are great, service with a smile, decent prices. My vote for the best breakfast and lunch is Katz n Jammers.

Best Place to Eat in Antelope Valley, ie. Lancaster or Pamdale to date. Food is EXCELLENT, Fair prices, coffee is HOT and tasty. Waitresses are friendly, helpful, efficent and good looking. Mangement is always available and friendly. I drive 50 miles out of my way to eat here it's that good. I wish it were opne later then 2pm. Sandwiches are second to none, breakfast is nothing short of great. This place is also clean and well laid out. From the outside you can hardly tell this place is a restaurant. It's a block south of Lancaster Blvd at Milling Street and Beech Avenue. Try this place you won't regret it...
