I have visited this location on two occassions, only because during the first I receive a Gift Card due to bad customer service. After waiting over 30 minutes for my son's french toast and fruit, I finished my quiche and coffee: I asked to speak to the manager but it didn't make a difference in the service because I experienced a similar situation on the following visit. I'm going to drop her off a book titled: Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard /Sheldon Bowles
