food is pretty good and yes sometime's service sux's but that's almost every time we are slamed, so let me say im sorry ,we do work at a very high pace . but are working on taking better care of our customers, we will step it up, thank's people for visiting ......S.

Yes, there are days that the service is non-existent. But, that isn't why I go nearly every day. Their food is good and inexpensive and it is a friendly fun atmosphere. My favorite--Tea...5 Cups for tea! I do not drink coffeed.

Food is good. Service is bad. Salsa is a paste that taste terrible. Have to ask for refills.
Won't be coming back.

Estellas combines authentic mexican food with a friendly environment. their breakfast tacos cant be beat! i go almost every saturday with my friends and he service is incredible. the wait can seem long at some times, but once you are seating it takes maybe 20 minutes to get everything (drinks, appetizers, food). on the best days, the chile con queso has the right amount of kick and is very very tasty.

The coffee is good, the waitstaff VERY friendly & helpful. You will always feel welcome. Its kinda like going home ( if you know what I mean). The smells, the furniture,..the whole thing.

But I do have a few complaints.

The chips...really gross! Please get some different ones. They are just nasty.

The salsa...passable. No real complaints, just NOT wonderful stuff.

The Carne Guisada...bland! Its suppose to be in a light brown gravy, not brown water. The meat is tender enough, no complaints there, but it needs to be simmered more. Frankly, the last time I was there, it was totally tasteless. Where was the salt, pepper,& spice. Its a mild dish, thats true, but it still oughta have some flavor. I mean, afterall, its a MEXICAN restaurant & our people know how to cook darnit!

I want you to make me go " MMMMMM, thats just like Mamma made it".

Come on Estella, go poke the cooks with a fork for screwing up the recipe that your daddy's cooks had mastered.

Estella, I am still gona hang with you and continue to come in all the time cause hey, we gotta stick together & support each other if we are gona make it "out there", ya know. You come from good stock, you grew up in this business, and you have alot of folks just like me who come in like clockwork every Saturday. But you should really really have a long talk with the cooks.

It is tough to find good custom eats in Arlington. Lunch and dinner are OK but there is no better San Antonio style breakfast for hundreds of miles. Keep it simple with a couple of tacos. My favorite. Chorizo can be a little greazy some days. Depends on the mood of the chef. That's what custom food is about right?!

King tacos are good.

On Thursdays get a couple of chicken fajita tacos and ask for some mole sauce on the side.

Outstanding.

There are people who eat here nearly every day.

Not just my family. Others. Realy. We see them.

The best breakfast tacos on homemade flour tortillas. This place is great and the folks that work there are ultra-friendly. Can be a bit of a wait at peak breakfast times on the weekend, but the pace is fast.
