I handle the complaints for this restaurant and I have been contacted once about being overcharged. I assured this person that if they stopped back we would make this right with them. We never heard from them.

Got over charged, realized after i left, contacted them, no response. Service was poor/average, no receipt. Food was good tho, so if you no mind a 25% over charge is a good place.

Or pay close attention to the charges, i didn't now will never return.

Oh my goodness. Best breakfast ever. Ever!!!! The french toast is best, I think. I could eat there every day.

I have been going to Jims since I was 5 years old. There customer service and accuracey is always awesome.They make you feel at home.

Those 2 young men, Andrew and Andy, are 2 hilarious young dudes. Dont get your tip wet though, they get a little angry
