the refills are OK, but this quaint little hole-in-the-wall has really went down hill. The food is horrible and the service doesn't make up for it. How many times can a waitress apologize for hair in your eggs or grease in your coffee? Sure she means it all 7 times she says it, but will that pay your doctor bill when you leave?
