I believe the name of the restaurant is called "Coffee & Restaurant" @ 10106 Donner Pass Rd

The hole in the wall is not easy to find, unless you that the name is really the SQUEEZE INN.

I have traveled to many places and had the opportunity to try many omellets. This is the place for omellets. I had the cream cheese smoked ham and banana omellet topped with mushroom sauce and it was the best thing ever. They have about 65 different types of omellets and many other breakfast choices. If you are traveling from Nevada to California it is worth the stop in Trukee.
