Went there for breakfast with my son this morning. I had one cup of coffee and was never asked if I wanted a refill. It was over priced and our waitress, who looked like she was 12, showed as much interest in us as a 12 year old would. I am never going back.

Yanny's is not the best breakfast place in Clearwater. Waitresses who make you feel like you are a bother to them by having to serve you food makes this place get a low rating.

I am a 24 hour breakfast lover. I have only had food from their breakfast menu. It isn't about the decor there, but I have been going there for 12+ years and I get cravings for their French toast and homemade yogurt with honey. Love it. Worth waiting for a table.

I went there and The waitress rolled her eyes at me when i told her my Hashbrowns were cold and i waited forever for them to refill my coffee the waitress was talking to some customers for quite a wile as i was waiting i had to flag her down for my check and she told me wait as she was talking to the cook

After reading mostly good reviews I decided to try this place. Now I'm convinced the owner out the positive reviews in. Service was awful as well as the warm coffee. Food was below average and very soggy. I could have used a straw for my pancakes. I think the ham was on its last day before it spoiled as well. I'm sticking with dennys. Would not recommend

i was not impressed. the waiter was texting on his phone the whole time and seemed upset when i needed something.the waitress taking care of the next table was great.(edrian) messed up my order completely despite the fact i was his only table. food was greasy and below average. would not recommend to anyone you like.

One of the BEST CORNED-BEEF HASH YOU WILL EVER EAT!
And the French toast is great!!
I've been there at least 3 times with my brother Joe and his wife Donna. I've order my poached eggs soft each time and they were right on the money.
Food is AWESOME
Service is very good.
Coffiee is very good to awesome.
I eat all over the country. For a small Bis, they go a great job. Also try Sears in San Francisco if you West.

I don't know what these negative reviewers have been getting to eat, but Yanni's is absolutely amazing. Your coffee cup is never lower than half full, the biscuits and gravy are very good, but the French Toast is what attracts everybody I think. Huge piece of toast, and the egg stretches over it to the side of the plate. Truly defines the corny slogan used somewhere, "Come Hungry, leave Happy."

This Place is not much to look at and a bit outdated but the food makes up for it. The corn beef hash is very good and very home made with big chuncks of everything. and the French toast with almonds is like a dream come true for food lovers. Just don't be shocked when you walk in to the place the shopping center in old and the decor is a bit makeshift. Oh and the servers are moody but its a diner and you go with it to get the good food.

The French Toast with grilled almonds was delicious. Great coffee. The Corn Beef Hash was like no other hash I have ever tasted and I'm a hash lover. Biscuits and gravy were so so but I am not a biscuit and gravy person. I could not finish all of the meal. Large portions and endless coffee. I will go back again and again.

Unbelievable breakfasts. I second what the first reviewer said about the french toast...I have dreams about it. Also, a MUST TRY is the corned beef hash...NOT the creamy glop you are thinking of, this is like a beautiful slab of real corned beef, lovingly pulled/shredded and served grilled with mushrooms, onions, green peppers and other delights.

All food is fresh and nourishing and we have been going since it was on Edgewater Drive near downtown. This place is legendary.

This place has the BEST french toast in the entire world. They also have omlettes and all the standards.
They offer homemade yogurt and honey and fresh fruit. Yanni is a Greek who believes that only good food should go in your body. They also offer jungle juice which is a fruit smoothie- everything is great and huge. I highly recommend anything on the menu. Take some yogurt and honey home...
