It's just called The Grand Cafe now. They still do Sunday brunch. Their Corned Beef Hash and Eggs and their Biscuits and Gravy are my favorite things that they serve.

The Brunch Menu is perfect on a bright weekend morning to settle in with the paper and a huge latte bowl. You cannot miss with the Banana Bread French Toast ($8) or the Kobe Brisket Hash ($13). Always, always, always save room for the oven-warm, booze-soaked bread pudding floating in a pool of vanilla-cherry sauce ($6). If you are in for lunch or dinner, the Kobe Beef Pot Roast is still the best($17). It is amazing (and worth every dime) rich, fork-tender strands braised long and slow in a rich diablo sauce alongside a ramekin of scalloped white and sweet potatoes. You can get the Pot Roast as an open-faced sandwich for lunch with Horseradish Crème Fraiche and Roasted Potatoes. Heaven on a Plate for $9.
