gracies sea hag is the best lunch dinner and BREAKFAST ive ever had the hash browns were golden and crispy and the toast was cooked just right and tasted the best, and the chowder was AWSOME thats the best chowder iv'e ever had.

and let me point out that anounomis breakfast lover was a customer and worker that saw barbra spit in her dirnk,why whould she come to the sea hag as a customer is she new the food was bad and the food is VERY GOOD, so that statment ABOUT BARBRA is NOT true i know barbra and she would never do something like that so dont belive anoumis breakfast lover she is LIEING

if you ever want to ge somewhere to eat go to gracies sea hag and the foos is not all sea food they have suff like chicken strips and hamburgers for the kids, so go to gracies sea hag for the time of your life

Gracie's Sea Hag is one of the main reasons we love going to the Oregon Coast. For those who complained about the wait.....go to McDonalds or Burger King if you want fast-food! We have visited there for years and always had the best service and food. And the atmosphere is perfect. Obviously, someone is making up stuff just to hurt their business. Disgruntled employees maybe? My feeling is, the place is always packed and if they had bad food or provided bad service, it would be "dead." By the looks of the messages and their spelling and grammar, I doubt I would believe them anyway!

I've read the other reviews and some couldn't be farther from the truth. Gracie's is an icon on the Oregon coast and rightly so.

Making a good breakfast has almost become a lost art. Not at Gracie's Sea Hag.

They really know how to cook an omelet. Not on the grill but in a pan...the way it was meant to be. For the cheese lovers Gracie uses world famous and Oregon original Tillamook Cheddar.

The Biscuits are cooked fresh every morning and the gravy made from scratch.

If you are really into a seafood breakfast try the Crab or Shrimp Neptune. People come from out of the solar system for em.

Virtually all of Gracie's ingredients are hand prepared...

The coffee beans are ground as they are needed for each pot.

Bloody Mary's anyone? (The Sea Hag Bloody Maries are made from scratch with an original recipe topped off by a pickled green bean) or coffee drinks to start the day...Try the Tank's Nudge One or the Coffee to Moon!

Gracie's is extraordinary place that I've come to know and love over the last 18 years. You will not be sorry you came to Gracie’s Sea Hag.

I worked at Gracie's Sea Hag for a few years, and the facts about Barbara are very true. It is true that Barbara doesn't work until night but when Gracie's Sea Hag is busy and short of help She comes in to help. Like she told me it is faster for her to help then to call someone in sence she lives in the house behind the Sea Hag. I was there That day she spit into someone else cup. She turned to me and stated "you didn't see anything". I didn't want to be apart of it so I told her I agreed I didn't see anything. But I was there and It did happened. I should know I'm one of Barbara's god childern. But to be honest if you knew what goes on you wouldn't eat atthe Sea Hag.

I will never eat here again and will tell others as well. On june 24, 2006 I went into Gracie's with my two daughter, ages 3 and 8. The survice was bad. You could hear the waitresses talking bad about other people. They also used some words that little children should never hear. On the other hand the food took forever to come out and then it tasted very cold.

I also work at Gracie's Sea Hag and don't have alot to contribute since Jen said it pretty well. If you waited that long its because the place was packed and its a first come first served business. Sometimes there is NO pleasing some people, no matter what you do. Trust me I know!!
I would like to add that the comments about Barbara are in fact untrue....and the reason I think they are is because the poster said they went in for LUNCH.....Barbara works 5 to close which is DINNER...somebody is making stuff up here...

Well lets begin with saying that after reading the above two comments on this page i was very shocked to hear their opinions. I work at gracie's sea hag and i know that our food is not gross. Yeah it may take a little while for food being that were busy all the time we have to get other peoples food out before the table that jsut walked in. Some people expect their food to be done right after they order it. Its not like we microwave it or something. As for the servers.... everyone has bad days. Maybe you got bad service because you were rude to them. Our servers wouldnt have a job there im sure if they were rude all the time. I completely disagree with the people against this.

This Place is something Else, I went into Gracie's Sea hag for breakfast and the service was bad. There was only two other tables besides me. It took 20 minutes before anybody took my order. when the food came out it looked gross. My toast was black, my hashbrowns tasted like oil, it was a nasty breakfast, and the server was very rude. I would let anybody know that this is not a place to eat.

My Family and I decided to eat Lunch at Gracie's Sea Hag. It was the worst place I've ever been too. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone took our order, then it took about 55 minutes to get our food. There was this lady Named barbra, whom was just plain rude to us. We seen also seen Barbra spit into someone drink them she gave the drink to another table. It was so gross we will never eat there again.
