chickenwizard's review is accurate. And that was 3 years ago.

I've been here twice now. The first time I had no expectations, just drove by and it looked kitschy. The food, though, is ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is made up of microwaved Sam's Club food. I know it sounds harsh, but I have had many of the options in the Sam's Club frozen section and you know how microwaved bread gets stale and crispy on the edges? Yeah. Gross.

After reading so many positive reviews elsewhere I gave it another try a year later, but my experience was equally bad. I live nearby and am constantly surprised to see that this place is still in business.

Went here for breakfast on my birthday with some friends--very memorable experience with the cows and all, but the food needed to be on the grill for maybe another minute or two. Otherwise, yummy!

We tried them because there always is a big line outside. Now I realize these people in line are either dummys or have no taste buds. Tasteless morons.... It must be the cow motif they have because the food is greasier than my ear hole. And the place is very dingy. Literally greasy. They need to hook up to the hydrant and hose the joint down.

We've been going to Mae's for over ten years now. It's almost a weekly ritual. You MUST try the cinnamon roll for starters. And if you like grits, this is the place for you in Seattle. All the entrees are great - as is the atmosphere. And ladies - don't miss the fabulous decor in the restroom!!

Great to graize at! One of a few places that has even Grit's. Even food for two. Try the Milk Shakes, there's more than you think.
