I've been going to the Ponderay since the day it opened. For the most part the food is great and the service is too. I have had some pretty bad service in there such as being ignored, food coming out late or cold. As bad as those FEW incidents were, they were VERY quickly rectified and made right. I have recommended this restaurant to others for years now and I will continue to do so.

First time, recommended by Bill the owner of McGavin's Bakery across the street. McGavin's is the best for all bake goods. Ponderay was great. Portions were huge and the food was cooked properly and had great flavor. My Prime Rib was excellent, the black bean soup was 5 stars, and service was superb. The inside was recently remodeled but they should have extended the wall up to the ceiling when coming into the entrance/the cashier to keep it more private for those in the restaurant. Still the food was great and I never heard any noise from the Casino side of the house. Thanks, Bill

Average breakfast in a rather humdrum atmosphere. Watch a huge turkey spin on the rotisserie. Service is quick and efficient. Hashbrowns looked as if from frozen potatoes; pancakes were fluffy and good. My eggs, however, ordered over-medium, were over runny. Coffee was basic industrial generic brand, but they did keep it coming. At $12 for this meal after tip, I felt it was overpriced. I won't return for breakfast, but might try lunch. You can get anything 24-7.

Best reasonably priced restaurant in Bremerton, all of Kitsap County for that matter. Portions are huge, food comes hot. They must have some good cooks in the kitchen!

Great breakfast food 24 hours. The omelets are wonderful and there is a full compliment of fresh baked muffins and breads. The portions are huge and if you are not in the mood for breakfast you can have lunch or dinner any time of the day. Egg substitue is available along with fresh fruit and yogurt and other healthy options. There is a full bar available too yet it is a family owned, family friendly place. Yummy!
