I'm a regular here. I discovered this little place a few months ago. I'm always delighted when I try a new item on their menu. Their salad is creative, enjoyable - I love it. Then whether you have pasta or one of the other items, it's prepared with the best - I've never had a bad meal here. I like to eat here on an average of two or three times a week. Yes, it's a little more than some places, but you get what you pay for. If you want cheap - go to Capt. D's or McDs. If you want tasty food (or what I call the best pasta in town) go to Pasta Trio.

We thought the food was good but not a huge plate full. It was alot of money for the amount not even enough for the white box to take home. The wine bottles all over were interesting but only cool if your 20. It was just kinda grubby looking. If your not into atmosphere it was Very Good.

Pasta Trio is a great little neighborhood restaurant in the Old City. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. The cooks are great and the staff is attentive and just to be clear it ain't the least bit "pretentious" unless you work for a rival restaurant.

Thank goodness for Pasta Trio! How many times can you eat at the same place over and over. Face it - the restaurants that do well in Knoxville are chains. Knoxville needed a unique place where the atmopshere and the food makes you feel like you are in Italy. I recommend it to everyone!

What a 'P'retentious little joint. Too bad the size of the dining room or tables do not equal the size of the ego. This is your spot if you are a yuppie who wants to feel important by being packed in like sardines with fifty other yuppies. Come on this ain't LA or NYC it's KnoxVull.
The food is drenched in oil. Finally a valid reason to invade Iraq - an oil crisis. The bean salad is provided by the Jolly Green Giant found stored at the bathroom door. Save your bucks and go open 2 cans for .79 cents. Although you can appear educated by taking your own bottle of wine to dinner; I don't suggest taking your box of Franzia unless you want to sit it on the floor or leave it on the sidewalk. (In that case you could tip a homeless person to keep an eye on it.)
Don't have a reservation? - Don't worry. - Don't waste your time or money. Forget "gourmet" food - the service and forget Pasta Trio.
Award Nomination: Biggest Ripoff
