My husband and I eat there whenever we're in Jacksonville. It's like an old diner that has been around forever. That makes for a comfortable ambiance. Its not a four star restaurant in Chicago, it' a diner in Jacksonville, Illinois. I think the food is very good.

we have new ownership, management team, and waitresses. We are trying hard to make it a wonderful atmosphere for all, I hope everyone will come see all the possitive changes and at least give us the chance to show you that we are here to become your favorite restaurant. there useing cheap food it is very bad and there so called ketchup taste like flavored vinager hamburgers are like eatting shoe leather also have seen roaches and mice crawling on the counter

I was disgusted....my waitress appeared to be 70 years old and stood smoking and eating while our glasses were empty...if she wasnt smoking then she was chewing food. The service was awful and the condition of the building was less the desireable (floor was bending when anyone walked on it. The only positve thing was the food...but that isnt enough to get my family to come back.

if your in jacksonville you should give it a try, the service is good and the food is excellent. plus its open 24/7.

This is a good place to stop for coffee and a quick breakfast. The service is awesome and it seems to be a place you can feel comfortable in.
