basically a mexican restaurant, which means they have ... mexican breakfast!!!
1. had carne asada and eggs, was highly annoyed when they charged extra for beans and extra for salsa, which turned an $8.50 breakfast into a >$10. breakfast. It was very good though.
2. on the way back, stopped about 4PM, the cook went ahead and made me machaca con huevos anyway, salsa was free, go figure!
also very good.

Every time I go through Bishop, I make it a point to eat at The Bishop Grill. I've been going there since I was a kid, hope to make it there next week !
