Glad to see that Im not the only one !
nice place great setting but poor food!!!
I was not a guest of the resort/hotel however I did hear that the rest. had a great view and atmosphere so I gave them a try I think that there is a lot of room for improvement and such a nice place could do much better! I can't excuse the quality or wait time to an event such as americade when the town and rests. are all swamped My visit was over the 4th. of July holiday which was'nt a very busy time in the town of lake George as far as I could see!!!
I wouldnt recommend the white lion for anything other than the view!!

I stayed in house during the americade event and found the accom... very clean and comfortable
HOWEVER BREAKFAST MY FAVORITE MEAL OF THE DAY!!!! A COLD BLAND AND RUNNY MESS!!!!

I however must compliment the manager RENA on the handling of the situation HOWEVER THE SAME THING OCCURED THE SECOND DAY A LONG WAIT FOR A MENU ITEM AND ALSO QUITE POOR IN QUALITY !!!!!

in retro: the setting is quite plesant the accom: quite lovely but the breakfast _________poor
I didnt try the other on property restraunts but had heard from other members of my group that dinner was quite poor as well! AND THE CHEF/on duty manager a young short blonde fellow name unkown was quite rude and cold! not a good thing for such a pricy resort rest...........
