High quality breakfast with a great wait staff. They always have a few cool and creative specials to choose from. The weekend wait time to get in is indicative of the positive experience return customers have had. I work close to this place and ordered a ham, egg and cheese on a kaiser roll to go and was blown away by the $10 charge at the register. Now I know why Billy has a gorgeous black Porsche often parked in front of the diner.

This place belongs in VEGAS or MIAMI It is difficult to describe
it is unique the omelets are amazing. I had a GLAM GLAM
Omelet that was made with spicy sausage cheese peppers
and F in Ranch Dressing my drummer had the CABO WABO
omelet this place is just cool from the plasmas to the music
and the owner bill was just cool. When my band makes it big
we will take billy on the road with us.

Billy's is the best breakfast in Bethlehem! Billy and his staff bring you a great experience on every visit. The menu for both breakfast and lunch offers all of the traditional items along with offerings that you will only find at Billy's. They always prepare your food as requested.

This great breakfast will make you want to return to try the cuban sandwich for lunch.

This is easily the best breakfast and lunch food in the Lehigh Valley and must be the reason why they actually won Best Breakfast in the in the Lehigh Valley. If you enjoy unique food choices that taste great in a cool atmosphere then this is the place for you! Try it once and I guarentee you will go back for more!
