Really bad service and limited offerings. The service is just plain slow even on slow days. i've tried to like this place but there are many better breakfast options out there. Sorry.

This place is over-rated. The service is very slow, the food ok at best and the place is dirty and cluttered. Went to the downtown location. There were a lot of frustrated patrons waiting for service.

Not the best place in town (that would be First Watch) but pretty good. Decor is predicatble -- roosters and french country. Not very clean. Too many baked goods on the menu.

I've eaten a lot of breakfast all over the world. But at Word of Mouth, the ingredients are fresh, the portions are amazing. When you order a "vegetable omelet" you get VEGETABLES! Zucchinni, asparagus, mushrooms and the best choice of herbs! Their pancakes are amazing! You can get french toasted chocolate croissants! When you ask for fruit, YOU GET FRUIT! None of those wimpy, mostly cantaloupe or grape combinations. You get kiwi! Strawberries! Blackberries! Raspberries! The biscuits are homemade, huge, delicious! Just imagine the biscuits and gravy! The owner is adorable and loves you and loves making you good food. Don't waste your time on any other place. Forget First Watch! Pleeeeease!!

owned breakfast restaurant for five years,still
own a full service restaurant, have a incredible appreciation for the great job that this service staff does on a consistant basis. have been to this place many, many times and they are so much better than what the ratings are posted. hope that people don't take these rating and judge the restaurants based on what they say, go try them yourself,particularly this one. I feel confident that you'll be glad you did.
