No biscuits on the menu, really? (We are in the South- this is weird). This is a chain and the menu is good, the eggs are good. It is crowded with a wait, but if you are looking for a reliable breakfast/breakfast business meeting place this is it.

Mimi's is always our favorite place to go when visiting the Knoxville area. The breakfast menu is very extensive and the muffins they serve with most of the entrees are out of this world (try the buttermilk spice). The only drawback is it gets very crowded on the weekends and you will have to wait, but it is worth it!!!

This restaurant has a faux New Orleans look that is both clean and a bit dark. I can't stand bright lights over my breakfast.

The menu is pretty elaborate. Drinks include Minosa, to name but one thing. In addition to the usual eggs and (probably; I don't remember) pancakes, they have several varieties of eggs benedict. The Florentine eggs benedicts were nicely prepared.

My waitress was very friendly, and overall this was a good experience.
