I never would have expected the buffet for this price. Lots of well prepared food at a price that is awesome. Very good coffee and always there when it was running low. I definitely will go again.

This is my favorite place to go eat when I'm in Springfield. I was hoping there would be one in the new BassPro in Independence. The buffet at Hemingway's is amoung the best I've ever had.

They have a daily breakfast buffet to die for. I used to work for Tracker Marine when it was next door and that was the fondest of memories, morning breakfast meetings. Everything you could imagine and a few things you would only imagine in a up-scale seafood eatery. Worth twice the price but come hungry!
