We love breakfast and had never eatin here. We decided to give it a try and everyone loved it! They have just about any type of omlette you could imagine and the portions are huge. Next time me and my husband will have to share a plate. The muffins are crazy good and their buscuits are homemade! We will be returning for sure! Give it a try!

The coffee was very good and the food was just as good. The omelettes were very tasty and full of meat and veggies! The service was quick and very entertaining! Our waitress kept us smiling and even though they were very busy...she was always there with the coffee! The prices were comparable to Salem prices so it was worth the time it took to get there!

We wanted you to know that the Ash family has been coming here for ever and we will continue to come even when our children have grandchildren. Thank you so much for all you do in our communitty as well.Lori is a hoot and awesome to have her wait on us.We have seen people come and go that were wonderful but we hope you will never leave us. Sybils is an amazing family resturant, the quality of the food is only seconded by quantity. It is more than a challenge to eat everything brought. in a day and age where fast food restraunts and so called family restraunts who's main purpose seems to be making a buck its refreshing to see a family restruant that stops to remember the customer before its profit line.
my family and I will be life long sybils customers.

I ate at Sybils today and it was a wonderful experience. The service was very experienced & always had a smile on her face. We go out often and try new places and Sybils is one that we will return to! The food was fabulous! I do recommend this restruant to everyone. It is a good place for kids all the way to seniors!

I ate at Sybil's for the first time today. The omelette was full of veggies and meat, not dry, and overall good. The fact that only one waitress was working left coffee to be desired, which was not that good considering the overall quaility of coffee in oregon. The fruit was fresh, but the biscut had absolutely no flavor. Overall, I rate this as an okay breakfast. However, I don't think that I will return in the near future. I prefer Busick Court in downtown Salem. Their food seems fresher and has more flavor.

Sybil's is amazing! My family has been enjoying this place for at least 20 years. Sybil's offers hundreds of combinations of omelettes, but you can't go wrong with even a simple cheese omelette here. Their biscuits are always crisp and fresh, and the hash browns are always fried to perfection. The staff are cheery and pleasant, and hey -- who doesn't like wood paneling?

Eat at Sybil's! It's the best breakfast in Salem hands down!
