Ordered out for the Western Omlet this morning. GEEZ! Was it the best omlet ever! Huge. For a low-carber like me, this is breakfast heaven. Tater Patch food is always great, but this was the best. Thanks Joe and Linda!

This bar/restaurant has some of the best food in the Mid-Missouri area in my opinion. However health nuts beware, they do pile on the fatty grease and butter on those famous "taters," so it's definitely an indulgence. But who would have thought that a bar would serve such wonderful food.

Another thing that makes Joe and Linda's Tater Patch stand out is the excellent service you receive. Not only is it fast service and excellent refill times, the entire Tater Patch staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely kind.

If you're passing through Rolla, Missouri any time soon and want an excellent breakfast (or lunch or dinner, for that matter) be sure to stop in and be treated to some outstanding food. Enjoy!

They really do have a really awesome breakfast. Their main catch are their potatoes ("Tater Patch"). None of that wussy frozen crap. I tried their omlets and I don't even like eggs too much... I love them now. They were pretty massive. It was also served with a delicious side of hashbrowns from their fresh potatoes (although it came with some basic sliced bread). Their menu isn't too large yet, but what they do have is absolutely terrific. Its a place where all the locals love to go. The main downside is the service is slow and the food takes a very long time. But the food is worth the wait. Its a place to sit and enjoy yourself with friends or family.

Sidenote: It use to be a bar and still is just cleaner and nicer. So, you are likely to see some of the locals drinking beer in the morning but they're just some friendly local regulars. This place is in a category of its own.
