I have been a fan of Annie's since it opened. Even though I moved to the other side of town I still make it special trip. They have some of the best cream gravy that covers sometimes great biscuits. The portions are good, not what they once were: HUGE. This is truely a Steak and eggs country style type of place. Its a locals come here because the food is good. The waitresses some are better than average, when on their game. Sometimes the service can be terrible with the newbees. The wait can be long on weekends,as a testiment of the good food. My last experience was a so-so but the Wyatts special was great. Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered, bacon crisp, and the smooth gravy with small amount of sausage is the reason for my visit. Not lumpy, scorched or runny just right. If you want cheap that can be done also. This trip was quick and efficent, the decor is starting to be tired.

Great breakfast burrito sauce and country gravy. Busy place, so best to go early or late for better service. Friendly staff. Excellent variety of choices for smaller sized breakfasts.

When this place first opened, they had specials, early-bird pricing, and lively energy. However, the quality has declined, the prices have gone up, and the overall experience is definitly lacking. You would be better off crossing the street to go to Denny's.
