Wow…..what an ego from the post on 9/28/2008! How did your head ever make it thru the front door, Bud? From what I can see from the "tourists" that go to Tudor's, they seen happy most of the time......that's nice. But as far as being a local, you might find out why they're parking lot is never full! I'm sorry, but my last "visit" was this morning and mainly from the Tudor’s on Robert C. Byrd. I always give businesses 3 strikes till I finally give up and today was the 3rd. This time was the 10 minute wait at the drive-thru before they realize I'm there even tho there was a truck in front of me. I have to be at work SOMEtime, ya know! Yelling into the mike doesn't help either, believe me, and when they finally noticed my headlights, they responded with no apologies and a rushed attitude. If they're going to do things right, get an alert device installed so you'll know when people are there!!! And I understand their food is good, but it's not exactly cheap.....ever notice the price of a slice of cheese is 30 cents?? Done wit' 'em.

I am not sure if this is the correct location, but I am sure that the city is correct. We were driving through WV and saw signs everywhere for Biscuit World. It sounded great, so we decided to stop for lunch. The place was packed, which we took as a good sign. Turned out to be a huge mistake. They were packed because they were so far behind that day. After 30 minutes, I finally asked where our food was. When the counter lady asked one of the ladies in the kitchen, she had a blank look on her face and acted like she did not even know she was working in a kitchen. Our order finally came out about 15 minutes later and my biscuit with ham was cold. I don't eat a lot of carbs, so I really wanted to enjoy this biscuit. I think it would have been great if it hadn't been cold. Anyway, we were in the restaurant over an hour and we finally got our money back. We were just passing through the area, but if we are ever going that way again, I will NEVER stop at this restaurant.

Biscuit world is great, I always look forward to it when I come to west virginia. It is like a west virginia tradition. Unlike one of the previous posters I am physically fit yet I love biscuit world! A+++

Passing through West Virginia last summer on the way from eastern Kentucky to Pittsburgn and had a chance to stop in to one the many Biscuit Worlds along the way and I must say, it was the best.......Had a bacon biscuit with potatoes and it was outstanding, one of the best biscuits I've ever eaten.......Wish we could get food like that out here in Colorado, nothing around here even comes close.

biscut world gives you a lot of food and i like it. My wife and children and I love to eat. but we didn't like anything for a while untill we ate a biscut world we just couldn't stop eating and know we are 500 pound overwight but i still love my biscuts they have great service. go biscuit world u too good for me.

I knew it was love at first sight when I laid my eyes on Biscuit World. The biscuits were HEAVENLY!!!! The staff was so wonderful, they were HOTT, and my passion for them burns with the strength of a thousand suns!!!! I have now gone on a strictly Biscuit World diet. I eat only Biscuit World breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and its the best thing i've ever done. Although my doctor dosent agree. My lover (who I met at biscuit world) told me i had to choose between the biscuits or her, I choose the buscuits. After that break up I spent a full week over indulging myself in biscuity goodness. My life goal is to open a Biscuit World of my own, I plan on living in the basement so I'll always live in the aroma of the biscuity goodness. I can't get enough of biscuit world!!! I have decided that when I have children Im going to name them Biscuit and Gravy. I love you Biscuit World!!!!!!! I wonder if it is possible to marry Biscuit World, if it was I would do so in a heart beat!! I can't live with out you Biscuit World if I didn't have you I would surely die!!

I'm a WV native, and Tudor's Biscut World is the most awesome joint to dine at, for breakfast or dinner. Great silection, free refills! BEST BISCUITS IN THE WORLD, I wish I had the recipe. Tudor's is great for a family, awesome on the budget, and wonderful for a cold day! Hurray for Tudor's. If I ever get the $, I would open a franchise in VA in a heart-beat! (Try Gino's Pizza too!)

tudor's could have really good food if they didnt put a 1/2 pound of lard in every batch of biscuit's the napkin's are like trying to use a brown paper bag the worker's are alway's dirty looking and greasy the drink cups are cheap foam and when drinking a cold soft drink a greasy like skim sets across the top of the ice i will never eat at tudors again

My family and I are from alexandria va.except my wife.She was born in mabscott/beckley area.Her mother & father also grand&great parents we're born there as well.We own property and homes in the area,so when we visit every other month.We eat at both locations.Just to show you how much we enjoy the great place's,my oldest son has food alergies (eggs).But that won't keep him from eating there.His #1 meal is sausage gravey.GREAT PLACE..... Went inside the Tudor's Biscuit World (@ Robert C. Byrd Dr. & S. Oakwood Ave. I Beckey, WV) at 12:30 pm. There was not a crowd and there were no orders ahead of me. At 12:56 pm (after 2 drive thru orders were taken and filled AND 3 eat in orders were taken and 2 of them filled) I had not had my order filled so I asked for my money back. I was given a refund but they never asked why - they never said why there was a delay - and they never said they were sorry for the delay. They just handed me the refund and never said a word.THAT VISIT WILL BE MY LAST VISIT TO ANY BISCUIT WORLD.

Typical home cooking, although it tends to be greasier and heavy on fat. Biscuits are pretty good, but not as good as the name would suggest. Gravy is much too heavy and seems canned.
