I went the one on Sunriseon 02-24-08. Waitress disappearred and coffee ran out of the carafe. Food was okay, nothing special. Hit and miss since I've had been there before with better results!

Standard breakfast fare at decent prices. The meals come with quality extras to accompany their tried and true pancakes. A new special, Stuffed French Toast, is quite tasty. Your table is set with four types of syrup, and the server brings hot maple when your food arrives.
I would rate the service as hit-and-miss. I am sure plenty of people haven't had problems, but my visit left me feeling invisible. After my breakfast came out, my server ignored me until she thought I was ready for the check. I was not ready to leave. I ordered an unlimited pancake stack special, so maybe the servers were told to avoid refilling too often. Either way, I was disappointed by this negligence.
Overall, this is not gourmet, and the menu is not unique, but this is probably the best of the dominant breakfast chains.
