Nothing deep fried here. Most everything seems very fresh and homemade. Awesome Belgian waffles, buttermilk pancakes and THICK slices of French Toast. Real bacon (not precooked) and juicy breakfast sausages from Mailhot's Sausage Co. right here in Lewiston, Maine. 2 people can have a full breakfast for less than $10 with coffee. THIS PLACE ROCKS

The omelets are awesome! They are huge and fluffy and only cost $3 something. Not bad when some other breakfast places in the area charge around $7. I also liked that my food was not covered in grease. Everything was tasty! Food was delivered quickly and the server was very friendly. Hurricane's just opened up a few months ago, so i don't think neveryone knows about it yet. Try it out, I highly recommend it.
