Great restaurant. We have lived in the Stillwater area many many years. We have seen alot of the servers come and go. Alot being students.
We were in a couple of weeks ago and were told that 'Libby' is on leave at this time. We hope that all is okay and she'll be back soon! Libby was always eager to accomodate our needs, patient with our ordering, positive, we never felt hurried or pressured by Libby. We enjoyed when we could eat in her 'section', and understood when we could not. Hurry back Libby, we miss your beautiful smile, great service, and bubbly personality. We assume this means you're on your way to having that Baby Girl real soon?

The atmosphere, the personnel, and the food is AWESOME!!! HAVE TO visit the place at least once a week. Exquisite Cadillac Queso!

I have been all over the United States and I have yet to have better Tex-Mex! The only thing that I don't like about Mexico Joe's is that I live approximately 1,200 miles from the nearest one!

This was the worst food I have every eaten. The tacos were soaked in grease.

the wat staff no matter whotheyare are always great ive never had the same one each time ive been there and ive always been impressed with all of the "joe" resturaunts there in stillwater mabey its because they are mostly college kids and mabey the fine college is shining through them

I think it is a little over rated, but a lot of people like it. The food is not all that, but thats my personal opinion.
