Consistently great breakfast experience here every time. (Little wonder they put Top of the Scales out of business.) Everything on the menu is always available and fresh as well as good-sized portions. The restaurant itself is always spotless (and I'm sure they don't have a rodent problem like Top of the Scales). The servers are pleasant and helpful perhaps reflective of the working conditions there (soooooo unlike Top of the Scales). I'm quite sure EATZ will be around for a long time (unlike Top of the Scales).

My family has been here twice now and both times we had a very good experience. The food is excellent, the service good, but not outstanding, and the price is reasonable. The only issues I have with the restaurtant would be that the coffee is only average, it does not stack up with the level of the food, and the real maple (Turtle Lane an excellent local syrup) was an additional $2.50. I've had the blueberry pancakes both times and my wife has had an omellette which was excellent and the pancakes. My 6 year ago daughter enjoys the food too. The restaurant is clean and sparkling.
This place is a definite must try.

I love this restaurant!! I live down the street and never tried it because the front is unimpressive. Well, my husband and I did and it was great! The food was soooo good and the homefries are my fav. of any place I've been. I have gone to other places in N. Andover and none can compare.

My wife and I did not get as good of an experience as others for this restaurant, mostly due to the service.
The GOOD:
Our omeletes were very good. Filled nicely and very fresh with very little grease or butter. The coffee was very hot and the restaurant was charming and cozy.
The BAD:
We must have had a "bad" day waitress. She was not very good with little knowledge of the menu and had an attitude. The coffee was hot, but did not have a very good flavor.
Overall, I think I could have given it a better rating if not for the service which put a sour taste to this experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but I will try it another shot.

Me and my best friend joe are looking for the best Breakfast in the new england area. We have been reading reviews "Mr Breakfast" and have been trying the highest rated breakfast places in our area. Today we went to Eatz. We got there around 7:00am and where the only 2 people there. We were seated as soon as we walked in by a very nice waitress. We sat down and began to take in the surroundings. It was very nice and modern. not what we expected. The waitress was back to take our orders withing 5 mins of sitting.( I was not ready) but i knew i wanted an omlette. Joe ordered first. He also had an omlette( not sure what was one it)but he loved it. i ended up ordering a bacon, sausage, onion, jalapeno, and american cheese. with homefries and toast. The food came out withing 10 mins after ordering it and everthing was perfect it was just as everyone else described.Everything was so fresh and tastey. they def have the best homefries i have ever had. So far out of the 5 restaraunts that we have been to on MrBreakfast. Eatz is the best. very clean/great service/and the best breakfast so far i have ever had. great place to check out, we came from lowell and is worth the drive anyday of the week.

BEST STACK OF "GRIDDLE CAKES" EVER.
Eatz is amazing and full of regulars. After discovering this small treasure from a friend, I was immediately hooked! You can't beat the service and the food is ALWAYS delicious.

My wife and I love to go to Eatz. The food is great, it come out quickly and hot -- even when it's busy.
The service is good: they made special accommodations with the tables for our baby, and they made a delicious Lox Benedict for me that wasn't on the menu.
It's obvious that the staff there take a lot of care and put a lot of effort into their restaurant.

I'll start off saying I didn't get coffee so I can't vouch for the refil rating. However, I was very impressed with Eatz! We were looking for a good place to eat breakfast around here, and all I could find was iHop of Dunkin Donuts, which wasn't going to do for a nice sit down breakfast. When you're driving along Eatz looks like it's in somebodys house. We ended up getting there before the after church rush, so we were seated right away. They give you complimentary coffee cake before your meal. I ordered an omelet and a blueberry scone and both were delicious. I definitely want to go back to Eatz soon!

I can't believe such a nice place is in North Andover. Been looking for a breakfast place a long time. Always had to settle for DD. Can't wait to go back. Even the young staff are so polite and friendly.
