The service at Jeremiah's has definitely been better. I've had staff roll their eyes at me when requesting a beverage, and others who simply appear too busy to serve their tables. What used to be a great place to eat and feel welcome, has become a cold disappointment.

Jeremiah's was once the king of breakfast in Utah, with large portions, great food, good service and a nice setting. Unfortunately, like all places that find themselves on top of the heap, staying there is the trick, and Jeremiah's has missed that boat. They have added on to the place making it larger, but larger doesn't make it better. The food portions have shrunk, the service has deteriorated, the cooking/food itself has gotten sloppy and and after my latest two trys I must say it simply isn't the Jeremiah's we all remember. I personally think that while they expanded the seating, the people in the kitchen now find themselves left with trying to do too much with too little time. Personally, I can't say that half cooked hash browns not remotely close to crispy are attractive or tasty, and over medium eggs shouldn't have runny whites. When I asked to have my eggs cooked properly and my hashbrowns cooked more, I got a huge eye roll and sigh, then got pretty much the same plate back five minutes later (just colder) and don't believe they ever did more than take it to the kitchen and let it sit before bringing it back. I am not the kind to complain typically, and being a man I usually eat pretty much anything put before me with gusto, but sadly the Jeremiah's of old has been lost sight of in the blinding light of their previous success.

Very hearty breakfasts in a delightful Mission style setting.Place is known for excellent breakfasts which have frequently been rated as best in Northern Utah...Scones are very good.
Portions very large and are ample enough for two to share.Prepare to wait on weekend mornings as this place is very popular with the locals.
