this little cafe is full of a cast of wonderful people both staff and customer's bring a family style atmosphere to the place the food is great great breakfast's lunches and dinner three nights a week Thursday through sat till 8.30 pm .so come on in for a cup of coffee you-ll be back.

What a wonderful cozy lil place stuck on busy, drab, boring Rte 112 in Medford. Easily missed even if you know where it is it's one of my favorite breakfast spots on all of Long Island. Try the pancakes (possibly the best I've ever eaten) and dont forget to sample the phenomenal Eggs Benedict and eggs made any way you like em. The girls running this place have it all running smoothly. Entering the front door is like walking into a friends house (and we've only been going there for about 2 yrs unlike scores of others that seem to have been going since childhood.) It looks like if you go often enough they keep your coffee mug there for you and take it down when you show up to use it. 10 out of 10 honestly. The food is fantastic. The restaurant is cozy and the staff make you feel special. These women have the right stuff!!! Give it a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The Rainbow Cookie Café is hands down the best breakfast in Suffolk County. My husband and I drive 15 miles at least once a month to have breakfast there. The food is fantastic (Apple cinnamon pancakes are amazing), the service is great and the price is really good too!

Great food - the best kept secret in town which is fine with me because they are real little and I like to get my seat. Only fresh stuff used here and the women that own it are very nice and will make you anything you want as long as they are not crazy busy. Stop by for breakfast, lunch and now on saturdays for dinner. We asked and they did it all around geat service and great food that looks sometime to pretty to eat but we all manage. Dont forget your own mug hang it next to mine. You won't regret going. Great place!
