Don't let the neighborhood scare you off this place is a gem in the city. Look, if the toast is some of the most amazingly buttery treat on the planet how much better do you think the actual food might be here? Ahhhhhhh-some just doesn't do The Pickle Barrel any justice. We both had omelets that we won't soon forget... a Philly cheesesteak omelet might not sound appetizing to some, but you'd be missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures if you pass it up. The corned beef hash omelet was a huge hit and if you like corned beef this stuff is just what the doctor ordered... just don't tell your doctor.

And don't pass up the deal of the century "The Pancake Special" oh it's special, but it's a regular on the menu: Two pancakes, two eggs any style and two meats all for $3.55... yeah you try to top that one!!!

Go eat in this place!!!

Great little inner city place on a busy street and worth the drive off I-290 on any morning commute or drive thru Worcester... you gotta eat this food to believe it.
