What a truly delightful experience for us. Excellent food, excellent staff, so friendly! Before we left we even got hugs. The food speaks for itself. Definitly try one of their amazing breakfasts. The biscuits and gravy are wonderful and they make pancakes that taste like nothing you have ever eaten and each one comes out in the shape of a bunny. Everything is home made. We stop in everytime we pass through Redding which is at least 15 to 20 times each year. I just wish we could move this restaurant to Medford.

Having had the pleasure of eating at Klassique for at least the past 17 years, I can honestly say, the food is great, the sisters are wonderful and it really is a family there, a family that grows with each new face that comes through the door. The food speaks for itself. I haven't personally ever waited long for anything there. If anything I wish I could spend more time there visiting with others and eating, eating, eating! It gets harder and harder to find small places like this anymore. The ladies will go the extra mile for you everytime! Thank you, Klassique for being there! I will be in for my hug tomorrow, count on it!

What an amazing experience for me. I didn't think a cafe like this existed anymore. The food is fantistic, the service is outstanding, this is a place where the community gathers and new friendships are forged over incredible meals, like Piping hot biscuits and gravy, fresh not frozen hashbrowns, thick bacon, and eggs cooked to perfection! My personnal favorite. Meals are served with a hug and smile. Eating here is like eating at grandmas. Lunch is outstanding as well! Everything is homemade! I found them in triple AAA magazine and I have been stopping here and planning my trips around eating here for 9 years now. For me, this is the only place in Redding to eat. Bon Appitit!

The food and the Service in this tiny little place is outstanding. The ladies that own it are sisters, they are the most charitable people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They open for dinner on the last Friday of the month most often with an ethnic theme. Reservations are needed for these dinners. The German is my all time favorite, all are good. They do Cajun, East Indian, Italian, German, Mexican and all are so good and so authentic. A must place to eat.

while visiting redding,we tried this place from the reviews here. It was okay but nothing special. The owners are nice but your coffee didn't get filled as they were making the food and didn't come back out.

They have the best gravy. Bacon gravy!!! I thought only Mom's made bacon gravy, but nope, they have it here, and it is VERY good too.
