The boss talks bad about customers and always has a scowl on her face.doesn't care about what customers think neither. Doesn't know how to run a business.

We were in Owosso, Mi for the Train Festival & looking for a place for lunch. We were dissapointed when we walked into this greasy spoon diner called Treasures off main street. We ended up walking out after no service & were pleasantly surprised right next door. The Courtside Cafe was exactly what we were looking for, neat, clean, excellent food & friendly staff. If we are ever back in Owosso,Mi I will be sure to stop in to the Courtside Cafe.

Nothing too special about this one. Pretty pricey - not much food. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

I have "followed" Justina, the owner, as she moved from one coffeehouse to another AS THEY CLOSED DOWN!

Her husband, Mike, suggested they just open their own and so it came to be, first in Corunna, then a second one in Owosso and as the economy started to tank and the little one arrived (Leah :-)) they decided to consolidate into the Owosso restaurant.

I am SO GLAD they did since it is only about 1/2 mile from my apartment across from Curwood Castle! :-)

They have THE BEST coffee in town and soups TO DIE FOR! Their sandwiches and other specials are wonderful as well.

All in all, this is a GREAT NON-SMOKING place to eat, has a wonderful view of the CURWOOD FESTIVAL ( http://www.curwoodfestival.com/ ) parade.

What a nice atmosphere! The food was great! It was just like being downtown Chicago!
